4 Exterior Twilights – $299
Each additional twilight photo – $75

A photography session at twilight is one that starts no later than 60 minutes before sunset.

As you order you’ll have the option to add other services to your twilight shoot.

Section 2

All aerial photography and video services are priced for a single location, single drone launch point. Your photographer can provide a quote for a multi-location, multi launch point shoot.

Add-On Cinematic Walk Through Videos

- 1501 to 3500 Sq. Ft. – up to 3 minute video – $349
- 3500+ Sq. Ft. – Add $50 for each additional 2000 sq. ft.
Standalone Cinematic Walk Through Videos
- Up to 2500 Sq. Ft. – up to 3 minute video – $349
- 2501 to 4500 Sq. Ft. – up to 3 minute video – $399
- 4500+ Sq. Ft. – Add $50 for each additional 2000 sq. ft

You can choose to acquire a expert realestate photography Video as a stand-alone order or as an addition to one of our main photographic packages.

Section 4

Scan, Processing & Hosting*

  - Each additional 2000 sq. ft. – add $100

*Includes one year of hosting on our platform for 3D tours. After the first twelve months, hosting will cost $100 per year.

You will be able to order a 3D Tour service separately or as an add-on to one of our main photographic packages.

Section 5

Add-on measuring and floor plan creation

Up to 2500 square feet – $220
$40 for each additional 500 sq. ft.

Standalone measuring and floor plan creation

Up to 2500 square feet – $279
$40 for each additional 500 sq. ft.

A floor plan measurement service can be ordered separately or as an add-on to one of our standard photographic packages.

Section 6

Virtual Blue Skies ( up to 4 exterior images) – $50
Virtual Cozy Fireplaces (up to 4 fireplaces) – $50
Virtual Twilights – $59 per image
- Exterior daylight photo enhanced to produce a twilight appearance.
Extreme Image Enhancements – $25 to $75+ per image depending on complexity

Any of these image enhancing services can be added to any of our base photography packages after you are forwarded to our shopping cart.

Registering a domain name with a street address and redirecting to the Mediamax Single Property Website.
